Covid-19 office policies

• If you have any of these symptoms or have had any of these symptoms in the past 7 days, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you present to the office with these symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule:

  • New cough

  • New shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Chills / muscle aches

  • New unusual headache

  • Sore throat

  • New loss of sense of smell or taste

  • Diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal distress

  • Fever greater than 100 degrees F

  • Close contact with a person with laboratory confirmed COVID-19
